"I'm thinking you're a dumbass Kenny"
Ever since I completed the mainline the push seems to be on to tidy up any loose ends in the layout before continuing on. One of these things is the yard throat and how half of it is directly off the mainline - It sat fine when I first developed the plan as it fit in with the back streets industrial terminal style I was after. But operation wise it's less than ideal with everything coming to a standstill when the yard is switched. Luuuuuckily I included a switch off the top of the ladder for possible industrial use which may have saved the day.

The yard lead will join back onto the main just below. While this plan is "messier" than my usual styling I find it flows better as a whole, and allows more room for the engine terminal. The mainline curve as it currently is was always going to be moved forward for scenic reasons however that is out the window with this plan - leaves some questions as to how to scenic with the mainline so close to the edge (A window overhangs this part) but I do have some ideas.
So yea, Thoughts? I hate removing existing work unless I am 100% certain it is the right choice. Feel free to comment as any input would be appreciated - even if its "I love it" or "I hate it".
The thoughts will continue for the time being.
